NHS Spurs against suicide
Every 90 minutes, someone in the UK takes their own life.
Alongside the Premier League and its clubs, NHS Spurs is proud to support Together Against Suicide, a campaign that raises awareness of suicide prevention and helps supporters access confidential support when they need it most.
Developed in partnership with suicide prevention charity Samaritans, the initiative highlights the expert advice, information and support available to anyone affected by suicide or experiencing suicidal thoughts.
Supporting positive mental health and wellbeing has always been an important part of NHS Spurs' work, and we are pleased to stand alongside the football community in helping to break down stigma and encourage people to seek support.
If you need help, you can contact Samaritans free, day or night, on 116 123, or visit samaritans.org. You can also contact NHS 111 and select the mental health option to access urgent mental health support and advice.
